Refund Policy

Refunds must be requested through the KSS Office at 202-679-1389.

Full refunds for KSS programs will be made automatically when canceled by KSS due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, or upon request when schedule or location changes made by KSS prohibit attendance.

Customers must cancel within 48 hours after the first class to receive a refund.

Customer cancellations are subject to a $25 service charge.

No refunds or credits will be issued after the cancellation deadline or for missed one-session programs, classes, or workshops.

Camps require a $100 non-refundable deposit per session at the time of registration unless paid in full.

Camp cancellation or registration changes must be requested at least 5 business days before the camp start date.

No refunds will be issued after this deadline or after camp begins.

Refund requests for medical reasons must include a physician’s note and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds may be retained as household credits for future KSS programs.

Credit card refunds will be returned to the original card when possible. Other refunds may be issued by check.

Refund processing may take approximately 30–60 days.
